Huey graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2017. Prior to matriculation, she achieved outstanding results in STEP II (Grade S, approximately 90%) and III (Grade I), exceeding her Cambridge offer conditions. She also achieved excellent grades in the International Baccalaureate, scoring 43 out of 45. In particular, she achieved Grade 7 (the highest grade) in all her Higher subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Since graduation, she has been working in the tech industry, specifically at Amazon Web Services, JP Morgan, and startups. Despite her career path, she has remained passionate about mathematics and mathematics education. While at JP Morgan, she mentored an intern and proposed and managed regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Huey originates from Hong Kong and attended Diocesan Girls' School. She is a fluent Cantonese speaker and strongly believes in delivering education and mentoring of the highest quality, while providing support to students and mentees with empathy and compassion.

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Huey grew up playing the violin and swimming is her favourite sport. Read less
