I am British, with an TEFL certificate, including training in IELTS tutoring. I have experience of teaching English to students from the ages of 11 to 18, private tutoring of business executives who need to pass exams and preparing students for the IELTS.

I have been working for many years as a business book publisher and have published a book on mastering the IELTS exams. I collaborate closely with British universities, so I understand the level of English they require students to achieve before they can study there. Read less

I go beyond traditional teaching methods and use different media. I encourage students to use their interests to help them learn, immersing themselves in language outside the classroom. I create a space that’s free from judgment and safe enough to make any mistakes, knowing they’ll be seen only as an opportunity to improve. I find creative ways to inspire students to actually use the language and feel confident in their abilities. Read less
